The third quarter of 2022 is drawing to a close. Eastmoly successfully held the August-September monthly meeting on Sep 15th. The Board Chairman, Armstrong Zhao, General Manager Song Jingjia and all members attended the meeting. At the meeting, in-depth reports and plans were made on the strategic planning of the second half of 2022 and the work progress of functional departments; outstanding employees in August were honored to set an example, encouraging other employees to make greater progress in their growth.
Wang Pan, Manager of Futures Department, presided over the meeting. He reviewed and summarized the results in August, and gave a full picture of the progress of each business. Department heads reported the overall work breakdown of the department in the second half of the year, as well as the progress, achievements and shortcomings of key tasks in August. General Manager Song Jingjia’s comprehensive comments faithfully pointed out the space and direction for the growth of each department.
Another key part of the meeting is the commendation and reward of outstanding employees. All the achievements could not have been achieved without the joint efforts of employees, especially those honored at this meeting. Among them are dedicated seniors, energetic up-and-comers, good communicators, and frontline workers who contribute silently. Although they have different responsibilities in different positions, they interpret their enthusiasm for work with their practical actions. We should learn from them, work diligently and steadfastly, and develop the ability to take responsibility and deliver key results. In the coming month, employees will continue to drive their growth and make greater contributions in their positions.
The keyword for this meeting is “Beyond the Impossible”. Armstrong Zhao explained in an easy-to-understand way that we must have internal and external motivations, strong willpower and lofty goals to go beyond the impossible; by constantly inquiring and learning, increasing creativity, finding excitement and fulfillment in what we do, and triggering the flow state, we will finally have the chance to “go beyond the impossible”. This can be a long and difficult process, but when we go beyond the impossible, we will find a smooth road ahead!
Finally, in view of future market developments and a complex and changeable situation, Armstrong Zhao stressed that everyone should take the initiative to solve problems, tap business potential, find their shortcomings, enhance their sense of responsibility and urgency at work, find their goals in practical work, and better perform their duties, so as to make better achievements.
